About the Event
Girls Gone Fit LLC has a dance fitness party every Monday at 6PM at the BAM Studio (19954 Livernois). Each class is one hour and attendees are guaranteed to burn 500-1000 calories as they exercise to the best hip hop and Rnb. Class is only $10 per person or $5 when you bring a friend. Parking is fee and the atmosphere is lit!! Come Celebrate Health and Fitness with a party!
